As a full-time Margate resident and licensed REALTOR® since 2014, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate every type of transaction including the Luxury Shore Market and over 55+ communities—servicing Brigantine, Ventnor, Margate, Longport and throughout Atlantic County. My commitment to excellence has consistently placed me among the top tier of agents and I am proud to be a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President’s Circle award winner, ranking in the top 6% of network agents nationwide, as well as a recipient of the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Silver Award.

Before entering real estate, I graduated from Temple University in 1989 and built a career as an analyst in the reinsurance industry. After taking time away from the workforce to raise my family, I found my true calling in real estate—a profession that allows me to combine sharp analytical thinking, strategic negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for helping people.

While I have a reputation for being warm, collaborative, and easy to work with, my past clients and peers have also affectionately nicknamed me "The Tiger Lady." I pride myself on cooperating beautifully with other agents to get a deal done, but make no mistake: when it comes to defending my clients' interests, I am a fierce advocate. The shore is known for being a highly aggressive market, and I am entirely comfortable going toe-to-toe with the biggest teams and toughest negotiators to ensure you get the best possible outcome.

I specialize in new construction and have successfully closed more than $35 million in new construction sales. I'm also known for helping clients overcome difficult situations, including properties with failed septic systems, inspection concerns, and other complex hurdles that require creative, experienced guidance.
